Traffic, a deteriorating environment, a completely dysfunctional school system, overburdened health care are quickly diminishing the quality of life. There is one primary cause for those problems: people. Too many people for too few resources. And we have too many people because America's virtual open door policy has resulted in overwhelming immigration into California. And so far, efforts to fix the problem have failed.
