LA CIUDAD EN MOVIMIENTO

Hay cosas que celebramos porque sí: el encuentro con los amigos, los días lluviosos que no son tristes, el escuchar la canción de tu vida en el radioshow favorito, un email de alguien que se extraña buten, una noticia inesperada y etc. Hace un par de años yo no estaba aquí y, sin embargo, cuando me instalé —tras la sugerencia de mr ejival— en el ciberespacio —gracias Blogger, por hacerlo más fácil—, de inmediato supe que era mi hogar natural.

He escrito aquí de todo: desde ensayos académicos y anticipos de cuentos a reseñas de eventos y crónicas de largas noches de fiestas; de just links a las listas de blogs favoritos (que tanto irritaron a los que nunca salieron en ellas, je je); de la vida cotidiana a los ejercicios 100% lúdicos que rebotaron de mis andanzas en soulseek y las fiestas del TJ.BF que me permitieron conocer a buten de gente (Yeah, I love you, amici).

Mmm, del templete original, poco queda. Crossfader ha mutado, se ha pasado por el diseño ecológico (aquel verde bosque que a nadie gusto), el homenaje (yeah, por doble partida: Décima Víctima y Aramburu) y ahora, mientras decidimos, nos va el look fanzinero de los setenta.

Antes decía que lo mío era el snogbround, luego nos paseamos por lo beyondeado (que nadie, sniff sniff, entendió) y finalmente, thanks a lot mr ejival, nos decantamos por el border pop. Crossfader es una buena muestra de ello.

Creo que he borrado tan sólo un par de posts (mmm, uno de ellos sirvió para que aprendiera a la hard way la lección esa de que las palabras son como bumerang: si no te cuidas de ellas, regresan y te pegan justo en la cara) y nada más. Todo permanece (a pesar de todo). Sin embargo, ey ey ey, no me arrepiento de lo que escrito aquí (sorry, la culpa católica es cada día menos importante).

I love blogging. Como todos he querido dejarlo y no he podido. Se ha convertido en algo tan habitual, tan necesario como comer o ir a trabajar. Yeah, I love my blog tanto como medio de expresión como por ser un excelente medio de comunicación. Sobra decir que gracias a este espacio me han invitado a pasear a un par de ciudades, logrado algunas oportunidades para expander mi área de trabajo y, lo he dicho ya, me ha dejado un puñado de buenos amigos.

¿Qué si he aprendido algo a lo largo de estos 2000 posts? Si, por supuesto (Aviador Dro dixit). Sobre mi —background, ideología y puntos de vida, feelings, intereses—, sobre la condición humana —la blogósfera es, je j, una réplica de nuestro mundo real— y sobre todo, de mi particular sentido del humor about all the things in this ordinary world. Gracias a los que han sido visitantes frecuentes, a los que utilizan Crossfader como central de viaje para irse a otros blogs, a los que dejan mensajes en los comentarios o en el tagboard, a los que me tienen enlazado en sus espacios, a los que creen que todavía es posible la creación de espacios libres, de zonas más o menos autónomas que nos reflejen más allá de los prejuicios y de los estereotipos, alejados del mainstream y cercanos, eso sí, al espiritu de la época que nos ha tocado vivir.

Crossfader v.5 puede ser el encuentro —o colisión?— de mis intereses actuales: la cultura informática, los mass-media, la vida cotidiana y la cultura en general. Todo ello permeado por eso que llaman procesos de comunicación. Puede ser. O tal vez, sea otra cosa. No importa, aquí estaremos.

¿El futuro? Viene detrás de nosotros.

I believe that I have erased only a pair of posts (mmm, one of them served so that the lesson learned to hard way that of which the words are like boomerang : if you do not take care of yourself of them, they return and they beat to you just in the face) and nothing else. Everything remains (in spite of everything). Nevertheless, ey ey ey, I do not regret which written here (sorry, the catholic fault is every day less important).
I love blogging . Since all I have wanted to leave it and I have not been able. One has become something so habitual, as necessary as to eat or to go to work. Yeah, I love my blog as much as average of expression as being excellent mass media.
