It's very difficult to come to a unanimous decision, especially since there are so many enlarged egos in the room. You may not ever get everyone in this conceited crowd to agree 100 percent with each other, but you're going to have to devise a way to reach a final decision somehow. Putting all of your opinions in a hat and drawing the winner may be the only way to satisfy the participants, although leaving an important decision to chance may not help things in the long run.
